Karlsburger — Restaurant in Bratislava

Alright, first things first - a frenzy experience, I was waiting for a long time to try out these burgers in their whole beauty. I had a Signature burger combo. The bun is excellent, not too thick, well toasted from top and bottom; meat done well (fortunately not well done); ingredients play well together with fresh shallots to my excitements (bring a chewing gum if you have a meeting), but the sauce inside was unfortunately too bland - won't hurt, but won't impress. French fries were decent and crispy and the smoked chilli mayo is a match with my taste buds. Given the price of over 12€ on not (that much) popular and tourist spot far from the city centre, I would suggest lowering the price a bit in a future or start serving some fresh home-made lemonade to make up for a slight overpricing. When the meat is cherry-picked from a local importer, it's a shame to have a commercial cola to supplement this...

Absolutely amazing burgers! When I'm not going there in person to dine-in I'm ordering delivery and the delivered combos are just as good as if I were receiving them directly. Toilets accessible. Possible to pay by card. Nice outside dining area and the restaurant recently went through a big renovation and looks even better than before. The staff are all so amazing and friendly. Decent selection of burger menus and beers. Menu pick Bacon & Egg BBQ double meat Good points The meat was medium, delicious with great seasoning. You could tell it is a very fresh meat. Finely crunchy simple french fries. Very good honey & mustard dip Good but ... vegetables could have more taste, try use cherry tomatoes like salad. Maybe more playful menu like burger of the month.

briefly: One of the best prepared meat for burger in Bratislava, juicy and delicious but need some work to be a perfect burger, nice 5* :)
