Bella Napoli — Restaurant in Bratislava

Today, we were in this restaurant for over 6 hours. Had 7 different meals, Bolognese was not good, chicken breasts with ham and cheese were tasteless, salmon salad was very plain and salad was cut too chunky, tuna pizza was the only tasty food.... drinks, coffees, ice cream ... it is in a beautiful area by the lake... but waiters are so miserable. Honestly, they both made us so unwelcome.. me and my family haven't seen each other for 10 months, and we would not let them ruin this moment for us.. this was the first time after a very long time I didn't leave a tip... even when I paid, I felt like I am bothering them. The rudeness was upsetting.... There are serious issues those...

They have the most terrible food around the lake. Plus, I ordered French fries (fried potatoes), and the waiter asked if I wanted ketchup and mustard. Who would it potatoes without them? I said yes. They charged me 3 euros 50 cents for the worst ketchup and mustard in the world apart from the fries. Can someone tell me if fries are served without k&m? Thank goodness I didn't ask for mayo. My friend ordered pizza, and the crust was pudding. Slime! The beer they serve is not cold, and all these prices are high. The only good thing is that they have a toilet. And believe me, you need it after this...

This particular review is about the ice-cream spot, not the pizza place which we actually like. And go there sometimes. I agree that staff is grumpy, but food is ok.

So the ice-cream! Not only it's overpriced, but the personnel is using the same gloves to give you your ice-cream cone, your change and to wash the window. When I asked the lady to change gloves I've discovered many interesting things about myself. Service is below zero, but attitude is up to the sky! So keep in mind that you are likely to catch a stomach bug buying yourself a sweet...
