McDonald's — Restaurant in Bratislava

Food quality is low, my cousin got stomach ache after eating here. Prices are pretty high(at least if we are considering quality and other places).

In this McDonald's is often worst personal, they have few times stealed from me and my friends money, and many of the staff are very arrogant. Lines and waiting for food is lengthy on daily basis, and is not improving...

If it wasn't enought, many times you get different flavour milkshake, than you ordered. It's because they have 1 machine for more flavours. Which would be solvable just by putting little milkshake to trash (when changing flavours).

Gave 3 stars as couple staff members were kind. And sometimes ordering worked well. Due to many negative experiences and also higher prices for lower food quality I rated it this way. However I need to mention I ate in this McDonalds a lot, like almost daily for few years, so amount of orders might be the reason of hugher amount of...

When we entered restaurant, one of the staff gave us really annoyed look which isnt very professional but well ok not everyone loves his job. After we ordered at kiosk and were waiting for our take a way being prepared kitchen was in total chaoss but they prepared our food pretty fast.

Biggest disappointment was that our happy meal for our daughter was missing a toy so she has to play with happy meal box instead.

Compared to other McDonalds' this place had a nice staff, pretty fast serving time and a nice atmosphere. I personally haven't had any unpleasant experiences, like homeless person bothering people near the building or anything alike. Yet the quality of food is still same as any other McDonald's in Slovakia - not as good as other countries. It is still enjoyable for some people, but if you tried McDonald's in other countries and you were hoping for the same quality here, i am sorry...
