I cannot share a feedback on the food, because unfortunately I didn’t get to that point. However, what I want to point out is the service/treatment my girlfriend and I have been given:
On their website is very well written that they cannot take reservations for less than 10 people, however while we were waiting outside to be seated in the cold for 40 minutes a couple of people were let inside saying that they had reservation (and they were couples or group of people definitely below 10). Finally our turn came, but the waitress offered us a seat at the bar (facing the chefs cooking and sitting on bar stools) instead of a normal table, but promising us that she would move us to a normal seating table as soon as one would be free.
We accepted because otherwise we would had to wait additional time freezing outside and mainly we wanted to try the food offer, given the amazing reviews we have been reading.
We sit at the bar, the waitress tells us once again she would move us to a table as soon as one would be free. Then she brings us the menu and two glasses of water and leaves without saying anything (normally at this point a waiter would at least ask you what drink are you going to choose while reading the food offer).
Few seconds after she leaves, I notice that a table for two persons immediately on our left side frees up (hope was rising, maybe the waitress is coming again to tell us we can sit there). Alas, I see they are accompanying another couple to that table. We are already very angry and puzzled, 10 minutes have now passed and still nothing, we are sitting abandoned on our stools. The couple who took the table to our left, in the meantime, is already happily ordering. That’s the moment when we stood up and left (with the waitress noticing and not even coming to say a word or try to understand what was happening).
Special treatment at this point was very clear, considering as well people skipping the queue with a reservation (that is not possible, according to their website)

Read moreWe were lucky to be almost the only guests in the restaurant, so the service was very attentive and not too slow.
The non-alcoholic drinks were beautifully served, the thyme one (yellow, 3,5€) resembled a sparkling herbal tea, the aronia one (red, 3,5€) had much more flavour to it, we would definitely recommend it!
We chose the beluga lentils with shrimps (12€) as our only starter, it was delicious and not too small.
From the main platters, we got the salmon with white beans (22€) and a mix of grains with mushrooms (14€). The flavours were unique and the portions were huge, I wouldn't mind having them the same size as the starters for a smaller price and therefore being able to taste more things from the menu 😅
The carrot cake (4€) was what made it a 5-stars experience for me 🧡 It was the best carrot cake and probably one of the best cakes I've tried so far.
There was a certain vibe to the chef and the beautiful interior with huge windows, open kitchen and big tree branches right next to our table inside that made this a cool experience for us. Not necessarily one we would need to repeat again but definitely one that we'll have fond...

Jedla su pripravovane z kvalitnych surovin. Vzdy sa citim ako na dovolenke. Do restauracie privadzam novych ludi, rodinu, priatelov. O to viac ma sklamala posledna navsteva, kedy si dve casnicky neodsledovali usadzanie ludi. My, co sme maximalne respektovali tabulku a pokorne sme cakali na slubene usadenie sme boli predbehnute inymi zakaznikmi, ktori si sadli rovno na miesto a obsluha im nic nepovedala. Dostali sme potom horsie miesto na slnku, ktore nam nevyhovovalo, kedze nam bolo teplo a nevideli sme na seba. Ked sme poziadali o presadenie do tiena (sice na miesto pre 4), boli sme odmietnute. Ked sme poziadali o zastrenie zavesu, dostali sme odpoved, ze sa neda (o hodinu, ked sme sli okolo, boli zavesy zazracne zastrete). Tato neochota nam vyjst v ustrety ani tak, ani tak, ma dohnala k tomu, aby som konfrontovala obsluhu s tym, ze preco sme neboli usadene v poradi v akom sme prisli? Reakcia obsluhy bola podla mojich skusenosti, ci uz na strane klienta alebo obsluhy, neuspokojiva. Neslo az tak o to, to vyriesit, pochopila som limity priestoru aj urcite pravidla usadzania, kedze priestor je naozaj maly (o to vacsia skoda je ze pri chtici nahnat si zisk, su v priestore sedenia ktore nie su komfortne a nemali by ani byt tam, kde su - napr. rovno pri dverach, kde ludia chodia okolo a vrazaju vam do stolicky dverami, pripadne pri kabatoch), ale islo o princip a o to, ako to bolo slabo odkomunikovane. Bez ospravedlnenia a opravnena kritika bola prijata stylom, ze co sa opovazujem vobec ozvat, ze "ci cakam, ze tych, co nas predbehli teraz maju presadit". Tak sa s klientom nekomunimuje 😊 Nic take som necakala. V zarodku som cakala, ze zakaznikov, ktori nas predbehli obsluha vrati do radu s tym, ze maju pockat a respektovat napis na tabulke o usadeni. Ze ked my respektujeme pravidla, maju ich respektovat aj ini zakaznici a obsluha.
Po tomto celom sme sa s obsluhou aspon dopracovali k tomu, ze ked sa nieco uvolni, presadia nas, co sa o chvilu aj stalo, k nasej spokojnosti. Jedlo bolo skvele, obsluha vo vsetkom okrem uvodu profesionalna a mila, az na zabudnutu karafu, ktora po pripomenuti z nasej strany prisla. Kedze restauracia sa tvari (teraz uz mam len ten pocit) luxusne a exkluzivne, nie len cenami, ocakavam rovnaky pristup k zakaznikom a teda moju buducu navstevu prehodnocujem.
Aj napriek tejto malicko neprijemnej skusenosti s jednou osobou, navstevu Wild kitchen odporucam zazit a navstivit aspon raz, jedlo je kvalitne a chutne. Koncept je svetovy, zial mu skodi...
