We were in this restaurant 2 years ago and the taste and quality of the food was much more better. This time only starter was good, meat was so salty that it was impossible to eat , side dish was sun seeds that was really awful for me. In common all the dishes was from cheap products like beetroot , sun seeds etc. but the dinner costed us 250 euro and we didn’t get any satisfaction from it. For example in 1 star Michelin restaurant in Slovenia like Hisa Denk you can really enjoy the food - much better variety, quality etc. They offer not only oversalt meat that you can’t even chew (like on Pavus) but scallops, black chicken from France, unreally tasty veal and so on. Read moreThe food is amazing, the staff is very professional (including the cook, who asked everyone how they liked the food) and the ambience is unique. We had a dinner arranged, which was part of a vacation package. The restaurant offered us a vegetarian 5-course dinner (there was also another menu). The food was plentiful, modern and delicious - it's been a while since I've had such good mushrooms. The servers explained every dish we had and were very pleasant to speak to. Read moreThey definitely deserve their Michelin star. We went for the 10 course diner with wine pairing, and boy it did not disappoint. The food is being made with local ingredients, and is a taste of herbs, meat, fish, and much more. Every dish is a treatment by itself.
The chef was there to serve out a few dishes himself too, and it sure looked liked he enjoyed it a lot!
Besides the food. The wine was perfectly chosen as well.
