Tavci Kuhna & Ayatana deli — Restaurant in Radovljica

We visited them today. They brought a "wrap," but it looked as if someone had already eaten it - everything had spilled out, which shouldn't happen (see photos and videos how it was earlier), it was unpleasant even to look at. And also they brought us the wrong burger, saying "we don't have the ingredients for the other one"... We told the head waiter and others, but everyone kept walking around smiling, clearly showing they didn't care.

We should mention that we are bloggers with the largest audience in Slovenia (over 300K on Instagram) and once we posted ads for them for free. We hoped the new owner would maintain the food quality as before, since we had been visiting this café for three years under the previous owner without a single complaint - everything was perfect. But with this new owner, it's just awful...

We said that if they didn't apologize and redo our dishes, we would publish our reviews everywhere, including our media, so people would know how they are treated. However, the new owner said he didn't care where we published our reviews, and then he wrote to us saying that they can't make the wrap as before due to the quality of the ingredients, but he won't throw them away - people should eat it as it is. He apparently thinks it's acceptable to serve food to customers as if they were pigs. So, if you don't want to feel like that, find another place. Sorry for...

I was here 2 times on a weekend. The second day I was a bit disappointed. I ordered it toasts with cheesee- worst I ever had🙈 Also, we came 10:25, no one was there and we got our food at 11am. True, waiter told me they have to unfreeze the croissants so it takes extra time but it shouldn’t be automatically before you open the coffeeshop? 🤔 You shouldn’t wait 30min. I ordered just 2 plane croissants but it came with yoghurt and blueberries- blueberries were old and tasted strange so I didn’t finished it also. Coffee was nice but nothing special, not nice foam. The lemonade was very ordinary, just syrup, no bubbles or fruit. Burgers were ok but nothing special (especially compare to Vegan restaurant 3min from this place). They didnt have tiramisu and kremna rezina but it was in the menu. I dont know, I was so happy to find that place but nothing special.. Better to go to the different one in center. Very nice and friendly staff. Cakes were cool🍰, also outside area and interier, free...

Location is not good accessible by foot since you either have to walk along the very busy main road to Bled or through a hilly path through bushes and without a walking way. It still was kind of okay since kids are old enough but when we entered the place, all staff was busy watching something on the phone, and didn't bother to respond to our greeting. All of them turned their backs to us and none of them responded. We obviously bothered the funny moment. So we just decided to find a seating place for ourselves. Service came after some waiting time when we went to the bar and asked for it even if they were not busy. Food was okay, hamburger sauce was good. Patties tastes averagely. The toilet door opens directly to the eating area and door was led open after staff entered (only guests closed it after use). Eating close to that was not very nice.
