I’ve been to 35+ countries… I ate on the streets of Egypt, Morocco… but never had such an experience as here today. They don’t want you to pay in advance, so we couldn’t prove them what we’ve ordered… We ordered 2 dishes, people who came way after us already got their food (laughing, talking to us, because they didn’t get what they’ve ordered) 50 min. after I went to ask if the food will be ready soon, waited another 15 min. to get only 1 of 2 dishes. No cuttlery. We started to eat with hands, we were hungry and the pork was getting cold. Later the man brought us cuttlery and bread. He mentioned two more dishes (none of those we ordered), later he brought us lamb, which we never ordered and said the third dish is coming (we were in two, ordered only two dishes and I would never ever in my life order prawns). He was repeating that he wrote down our order and he can show us - (he could write this down anytime in his notebook, it was his handwriting). I eat scampi, but never prawns, and that was only one mistaken dish. We ate two dishes, because we were hungry after long waiting. I left some, because it was impossible to chew through. Left the prawns, payed (he insisted to show me his handwritten order in his notebook) and left. We lived in Luxor, where the service is slow, but my daugher said: mum, here is even worst than in Egypt. 🤣 The man said sorry three times, but I am sure I’ll never be back. Also our fellows tennis players had similar issue and we were laughing together at the beginning, but later on wasn’t even funny any more. My daughter said it would be better if we would stop in the bakery...

UPDATE Google says you're open from 4 PM — maybe that should be corrected? We arrived a bit after 5 PM, your barbecue menu was on the tables, but the waitress told us that the grill is in a separate restaurant and it was still closed. UPDATE 2 Here's the translation:
Updating my review: we managed to try it on the second attempt. The shashlik was amazing — juicy, not dry, and well-marinated. The service is a bit odd: drinks and food have to be ordered at different counters, and it seems like the bar staff are sabotaging...
