When you pull up in this place, it doesn't exactly strike you as a great restaurant; however, the say "appearances can be deceiving" couldn't be more appropriate in this case. Inside, the locale is just beautiful, not in a posh way, but simple and pretty just the same. If has outdoor seating as well which makes it bigger than it looks. The service is extremely efficient and friendly, even though this must be the only restaurant in Koper where the staff doesn't speak Italian, dishes on the menu are also in Italian though - btw, there's no set menu here, only "a la card". The food itself, well, you just have to go there and try it: simply put, it's above anything of the kind I've had in Italy, and I've been to a crapton of Chinese restaurants back home. They overlyyyy used starch and sauces, making the dishes heavy and salty. Starch is used selectively in some Chinese cooking (e.g. beef with adequate portions) but not used crazily in every dish, plus the over-use of sauses makes every dish taste like the same, super heavy, dense, and salty. It is really a shame and this is not authentic at not! I am Cantonese Chinese and I really think they should improve the cooking, this is not Chinese food.
