Very clean, tidy, pleasant atmosphere. Very professional staff. No designated playground for children but still plenty around for them to be occupied (nature, trees, birdcage, some ponies in a pasture next to the parking lot). We were a bigger group with two toddlers and two tweens, it can get a little confusing and loud, but they handled us with professionalism and grace even when things got mixed up.
Only go if you want a slow food experience, as they take their time. The food was okay but pretty average - I guess I was disappointed because of their reputation and price point and when you have a 10€ polenta on the menu, you expect a little more than just... Plain polenta poured on a wooden board with two spoonfuls of mushroom sauce - even though that's exactly what the menu says.
Maybe the mushroom soup was too salty and polenta was plain, pasta and njoki were good but very average also...
Nothing specifically was wrong, but it was a little underwhelming, probably because of high...

Experienced, respectable waiters, not stupid youths. The staff speaks English. There is ample parking, but it is not always easy to find a place - the restaurant is popular and there are many visitors. The quality of the food is very good, the pizza is very tasty. Of course, I’m curious what kind of fish can be cooked for 90 euros, but I refrained from trying it. Obviously there is a separate banquet hall. I was confused by the high cost of some of the dishes, but maybe they are worth it. In fact, the menu is very large, with a huge selection to suit all tastes and all budgets. In summer it’s great to sit on the cozy terrace, and in cold weather the interior spaces are very spacious. Modern and clean toilets. Professionally organized service. Satisfied. If you want can get “take...
Read moreI was thinking about five and four stars so I decided five. It's not so much about the quality of the food it's more about the genuine feeling of melting together all kinds of guests from businessman to celebrities and up to ordinary people like you and me. The interior is very old fashioned in manour of an old, horse stable with loads of wooden ornaments. The service is impeccable with older extremely polite and helping staff that almost reads your mind. The waiter will follow you without yourself noticing just as the company sitting by the table starts talking about something sweet he will bring you the desert menus upwards, really great service must admit. The quality of the food also great. Everything very fresh we had sea food dishes and pasta. Loads of different salads for self service as well. It's not a top notch fine dining restaurant more a nice, cosy, warm place on the outskirts of the city Ljubljana in a very relaxing green part. I would...
