Stayed in this hotel for almost a week and Marsha the receptionist/staff has been amazing preparing us some nice breakfasts every single day what a lovely lady. Credits to her and the breakfast chef too lovely vegan/vegetarian food.
The hotel owner maybe should visit their hotel rooms and check the quality or training should be provided to the house keeping staff as it was a major let down to your guests staying for a few days. The food/ beverage/ receptionist/chef deserve to work elsewhere providing their 5 star customer service skills. It is ashame as your hotel is rated a 3 star but the room standard failed the cleanliness and should be no star at all. The bed linen, duvet/duvet sheet and pillow cases were absolutely disgusting and they all smell horrible (not washed properly). I asked the guy receptionist to change them but nothing was done the entire week we stayed with the same smelly sheets and when i checked underneath it was so dusty and found a random water bottle wow. All shampoos and lotion were out of date too. No trace of fabric softener or cleaning products not even a hint of air freshener everything is musty and mouldy odours in the room. It was a major let down as the photos online are misleading.
I would recommend to eat and dine in this hotel but not to stay overnight. I know you get what you paid for but out of all the 3 star hotel rooms me and my partner stayed in this one i would never ever recommend. This place should definitely close down the hotel rooms and go through clean and safe protocols as they are out of order. All over the world, natural disasters and deaths are evaluated separately in refund conditions and the fee is refunded. We stated that we would not be able to come, and since the system only refunds 2 euros, we requested a refund for the entire fee from the facility.
