Burger King — Restaurant in Upravna Enota Logatec

The service was terrible, it took very long to order, I wasn’t offered any dips or desserts, the cashier just took my order and that was it. I was the only one waiting for food amd it a solid 10 minutes to get a single menu. I’m Slovenian but I wasn’t able to hear a single word in Slovenian, not even with the cashier. Food was just bad for BK standards, the fries were almost unsalted and the burger was as dry is it can be, almost no trace of sauce, the only thing making it a bit moist were the two slices of a pickle. So bad of an experience that I was affraid to order ice cream and simply left. The only positive side of things was the drink refill machine. I was obvious that they are still new and have just freshly started/opened, but they should offer atleast minimal BK standars if they decided to open this fast. I’ll give them a month or two and they try again, but so far, the worst experience I had in any fast food chain.

Follow up: Visited again a few days ago, the service was apropriate, food was fast and warm and tasty, staff was friendly. And by fast food I mean I got the food in like 5 mins, so that was a big change from the first visit. The food was uncomparable to the fist visit and it lived up to the BK standards we are used to from abroad. All and all nothing was like the first time. Zelo slaba izkušnja. Naročil za 4 člansko družino. Nisem prepričan če me je prevzemnica naročila sploh razumela. Želim naročiti menu izvedbo z nuggets, piščančji burger, perutnicami. Kar sem želel naročiti ni bilo mogoče v menu izvedbi z izjemo 6 nuggets. Blokirala 1x premalo, računala pa meni x 2. Sploh ne razumem kako ji jw to uspelo. Premalo računala tudi piščančji burger. Obnašali se kot, da smo skupaj krave pasli - tikanje. Opravičilo je bilo bežno - sori ej. To sem... Strežba je potekala najprej pomes na pladenj (ta bi moral biti zadnji zaradi temperature). Sledil je lonček. Da si sam napolniš s pijačo, informacije ni, zadnji so bili nuggets. Na koncu, ko sem dodatno donaročil burger, je bil komentar: No, a je zdaj v redu? V kuhinji res veliko zaposlenih. Absolutno preveč in dovolj za zmedo. Delo je potekalo resnično počasi. Za en burger, ki ga je moral sestaviti je potreboval cca 2 min. Neke svezine ni bilo. Krompir mlačen, razlog ni bil samo, da so ga dali na pladenj najprej. Piščančji burger gumijast - daleč od svežega. Nuggets mlačni, gumijasti. Pladnjev nisem imel kam odložit. Wcjev nismo našli. Na Petrolu so prenavljali. Zraven slabše vzdrževani dixiji.
