Sate kerbau is unique for culinary in Kudus due to the long tradition of honoring Hindu by not slaughtering a cow.

This place had meat sate and mixed sate, both are soft and little sweet with peanut sauce. You eat the sate with rice mixed with soup, which tasted very fresh. It's not tough as the meat was grinded first. The mixed sate was not grinded but also very soft.
