Waiting 20 minutes for my order with no one ahead of me. My food was ready for probably about 15 minutes. The cashier said she called my number 3 times but I only heard it once after the 20 and I'm certain the lady did not call out the number loud enough as she had called other orders out as well that were barely audible if you were standing infront of the counter (specifically order 1414. This was the other persons order which I also just barely heard 1 time)
After receiving my order my rusher was runny. I asked them to remake it they did. But I had to eat cold food when I left.
No apologies from the staff. The only apologies when I came to complain about the runny Krusher.
Update: 23 May '25 - I have received a call back from the KFC support team and this branches Manager. They told me that they will address it with the cashier that was serving me, then they said the branch owner would call me. No calls were received from the...

I went to buy me a burger at around 20:40. The lady working at the till had no cloves on. I watched her took one of the chips out of the chip thingy and ate it wile walking back to the till again. This is so discussing and unhealthy. Never buying from this KFC again. I didn't get her name but the had no front teeth and she has dark skin. So unhappy about this. It was around closing time and I watched her looking at the left tower food that nobody claimed. Bet this kfc is one of those which cook a lot of food ahead and then the employees take it home. The shop is close to our home and conveniently situated at the petrol station and other shops. But please don't order any food. Their chicken never taste the same as any other Kentucky's, the large potato mash does not have more than a spoon's worth of potatoes - the rest is sauce, and to top that I ordered some chicken and zinger wings last Wednesday and only got out of bed on Saturday because of food poisoning.
