Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Bloemfontein CBD

Absolutely disappointed by the service I got at Debonairs Central Park. I placed by order at 16:29 and it only came out at 17:34, granted it was busy and full of customers but the orders that came after mine even got sent out first. I asked the lady what was the hold up and she said they "accidentally" skipped the slip and when I got my pizza it was cold I didn't even enjoy it because I was annoyed and dissatisfied. I understand the pressures of giving quality service but neglecting your customers in the same breath is not a good sign. I'm even reluctant about going to purchase...

I must say, it has being a while since I ordered bizza because of some bad experience I've had before. But today, 31 July 2024, Debonairs reignited my love for pizza. It was so nice, fresh and hot, although the slices were too thin and didn't look like a tripple decker. Considering that it was month end, I didn't wait for that long. Big shout out to the guy who takes out orders, Tshepo. What a great service. Keep it up. Not a great experience for me as the Manager Dimakatso was plainly rude to me, told me to go use the self service and I proceeded to go use it when I called for help she then accused me of breaking the self service machine.
