Premier Splendid Inn Bloemfontein — Hotel in Bloemfontein CBD

I honestly cannot thank the team at Premier Splendid Inn Bloemfontein enough. From the very first moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Every single staff member, from the security at the entrance, the reception team, the cleaners, the kitchen staff, and the reservation team, showed us nothing but kindness and genuine warmth.

What touched me most was how everyone fell in love with my newborn daughter. The way they interacted with her, with so much care and joy, really made our stay unforgettable. That level of humanity and friendliness is something you cannot buy, it comes from people who truly love what they do.

I’ve had the privilege of staying in big 5-star hotels this year, but I can honestly say that none of them matched the heart, humility, and professionalism I experienced here. If those luxury hotels want to learn what true hospitality is, they should come and take lessons from this amazing team.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was top class, and the location was perfect. But above all, it’s the people that made this place so special.

I'm still here trying to sleep very loud guests constantly knocking on each other doors and it's sounds there's too many meeting in the hallway. When they have a lot of guests they offer a buffet, room service menu will be N/A you have to go down and choose a meal then you can decide to take it up with or the waiter will follow to bring it after you🙄. decided to order take aways from outside coz what's the point. Room service should still be optional for people who don't want to go down for a buffet. Parking is very narrow as you enter there is a column obstructing entry and on your right there's a double door which is left open making things worse. If you in a bakkie on an SUV pray you get parking in the first basement parking is limited or you will have to drive in a lift with your mirrors closed same way wen you reverse out of the lift 😢 maybe things will be better if parking is classified big cars the ground and all the small cars can go up the lift . Or maybe I'm here on a wrong day but definitely won't be my first choice again. Very friendly staff and neat...

Amazing and beautiful... just the parking is a bit tight, but the hotel makes up for it.

Compared to the one I stayed at East London...this was by far better service delivery. . .There was a musty smell in the hallways due to the carpets. We had towels and toiletries for two people instead of having to call the front desk, and the person showed up with only one.

The room, even though it does not have a Seaview...it really does make up in space and quality.

I will no longer be booking at Protea Lodge after my cockroach experience... I have now found my new place away from home when I travel for work in Bloemfontein.

The room is spacious and homey at the same time conducive to work.

I'm looking forward to coming back even though I just checked in.

Not forgetting the helpful and friendly staff from the guards outside to the front desk...
