Great services but I believe it’s the workers that make it all worth us coming back. Yesterday morning was rather a sad one buut the lady saw me my face and wrote a heartfelt message on my coffee and instantly made me feel 40% lighter. Will be going back just to give her a tip. This Starbucks really need their staff to be better. The lady who works there and always takes my order and payment is extremely rude. Whenever I redeem vouchers she pulls her face. The drinks were quite good here and I was surprised to see a Starbucks in a Checkers.

In terms of staff, they were okay but didn't seem to understand how to apply the discounts from FNB along with scanning with the Starbucks app. Normally you can the Starbucks app first and then apply the FNB discount for more points, but here they did it the other way.
