Nooo, what happen?? Did you change chefs and recently? Having had beautiful sushi from you on several occasions previously, tonight's order (the Boat platter) was as unappetising as it was unappealing. the rolls were WAY too large too loosely rolled, so everything kept falling apart who uses this much mayonnaise in sushi?? It's meant to be beautiful, delicate bites; this was very unpleasant whoever made our order, must please be given proper training. No sushi should ever have this much (or many) sauces. No, just NO.

The person who took our telephone order also neglected to put our crispy beef order through, which meant having to wait 15 extra mins for it when we collected our order. Probably what caused the sauces to make the sushi fall apart... Very disappointed this evening.

Not sure we'll be back,...

The sushi is excellent and the waiters are first class but the chefs need to attend to the waiting guests in the restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive. As usual the food was excellent but after waiting so long you can't enjoy your meal. There definitely needs to be a correlation between how many takeaway orders are done and small meals are sent out before the slightly larger orders are presented.
