Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

I had a bad experience with Debonairs. First, I tried to order online with a takeaway. The site requires to create a user (with a verified phone number) even before it shows the menu. Then it asks for an address. Then you get to choose 'takeaway'. The order process is cumbersome, so I decided to just go to the branch at Engen. The branch had a huge line with 45 minutes just to start...

We ordered via phonecall at 16:15 more or less. Said my husband will collect. When he got there at 16:45 there was no order and they didnt know about it. I phoned again and spoke to same lady, she said dont know why order didnt go through. So they had to do it then hubby has to wait. What is the point of phoning in orders if they dont get placed. Not impressed...

Ordered online. Went 50 minutes later to collect, still in the oven. Got home just to discover that they only gave me 2 out of the 5 flavors that I ordered. One cashier on duty, unfriendly service. Why drove back for 20 minutes, complain and wait for a further 50 minutes. Next time the kids want pizza again, we'll rather make our own...
