Steers — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

Hey good day I just want to start off by saying steers is one of my favorite takeout place and wacky wens days is my favorite !! , but this time around and it's not the first time I just want to say I'm truly disappointed in the service I received non the less the food it self I lost my appetite , yesterday I placed my order yet again if it's not the icecream not working but they say they can mak milkshake because the have no sirep ? Yet I still just take a plane Vinila milkshake that just turned out to be cold milk my food was cold and yet order was not correctly pack I asked for add on's to my chips once specificly extra cheese sors and bacon and the other bacon yet when I arrived at home 3 mins away from the location I perchance at I see the sors on both is the same as it always is no extra secondly the bacon that was added was laying in one corner and for that I payed it was not worth it , I asked for no Tematos on 2 if the burger the buns was dry and I was asked what sors di I want ons I said mild on one and the other two hot but there was no sore added and it was dry ,I had to leave to go withdraw money the lady told me the my card won't work I'm Capitec ,I say okay fine I'll come back for the payment to be made she the asked am I sure I said yes she then tells me they will start the order I said no it's fine when I come back and pay they can start it , why so that I know the food I'm getting will be right and fresh ! Yet the order was made and left I had to stand in line with 8 different people ordering in front of me while my food is standing there the food in first places was not tasty everything was cold this is not the first time it has happened where I order and it's incorrect I've been phoning this hole morning and all the line tells me is that they busy I must phone again ?? I just think for the money I pay the service and food must be worth it never have I been more disappointed in steers...

I was disappointed as it was my first time using the delivery option for the order. I ordered the food at 16:45 and requested it to be delivered at 18:00. I waited a whole hour from the delivery time requested, I ended up collecting the order in store. I found out that there is 1 driver between Fishaways and Steers. Never ever do i go to place to eat 3 days in row&the service is the same(poor is an understatement)you wait to get acknowledged by the cashier,eventually when u get served ,you again wait for your order approximately 30min-an hour(for a burger only,no chips)how do ppl give this kinda service when you supposed to up your game..i think the owners must visit &look at their outlets,Debonairs,Fishaways,aswell as Engen all exactly the same service..never...
