Once is an honest mistake, twice, you need to start looking at your systems. Placed an online order, got an order confirmation at 18:20, could collect in 25 minutes. Was heading out to Blue Horizon, had my two young girls in the car. Ran in to collect, paid, told it wasn't ready. At 18:55, was frustrated, the man who was in line before me when I came to pay and collect received his pizza after ordering it in store 30 minutes after I had ordered mine online. Finally got my pizza at 19:15, with the wrong drink, but I was so angry I took the pizza, grabbed the drink and left. Not the first time. Attitude of person behind who helped me, also not cool. I don't order ahead of time to have to get there and wait longer than anyone else on the premises. I waited 30 minutes in the shop, this is after I had ordered the pizza 25 minutes before that. Guy in front of me in line, who ordered there and then, got his pizza in 25 minutes. Not cool at all!! If you can't handle online orders, do not offer this service. I had one crying child and another disgruntled one when I got back to the car. I've had a time, I ordered for delivery and 20 minutes later I got a phone call saying they cancelled my order because they don't deliver after a certain time. And then another where 40 minutes after ordering, I got a message that my order had been delivered. I had to follow up and was told they'd call me back. Eventually, they called back and apparently my order had been delivered to someone else. They would remake it. By the time I got the pizza my kids were in bed, as they had school the next day. Unfortunately, I am in Sunridge and often, when everything runs fine, then they are convenient. But they really need to look at their systems if something like this can happen on more than one occasion to any...

I am the client and may change my mind while talking to you and your do not have a reason to make me feel like you are doing ME a favour of serving me.... I am the reason for you being here! Rather stay at home if you having a bad day Jessica..... From being happy this evening to being cross because of your attitude...... Not a nice way to spend the evening or very professional from the branch!!!!
Adding into my experience this evening..... We were told that it would take 40mi s to prepare the pizza. Half an hour passes , we checked and they said the order was still not ready although we noticed a box sitting on the top rack for a while . Waited another 30 minutes , still nothing . Eventually we got a bit frustrated and requested a refund , only then they decide to tell us the order that was sitting there all this time was our order .. pizza was ice cold and dried out by the time we received it . Very disturbed by the lack of customer service , especially since there are so many staff members who could be checking the orders instead of standing around having conversations with one another .
