I had a very positive experience at this Steers branch. The service was remarkably quick, and the meal portions were generous. The presentation of the Mix It Up Sharing Meal was well thought out, with separate chip portions. My only disappointment was the dryness of the patties. Despite this, I was generally satisfied with my visit. The branch features some modern conveniences, such as self-service ordering and sauce dispensers. 3 Stars. First time ordering at this store. The service was fantastic, friendly and professional staff. The store was clean and well maintained. The wait time was quite reasonable considering that it was quite busy when I arrived. The Wacky Wednesday burgers were average but nice. I wouldn't pay full price for them but overall it is a reasonable deal. I also tried the new "Sweet Sticks" with caramel dipping sauce. They were burnt and the sauce, although very tasty, had the consistency of water. Not enjoyable at all. I reasoned that this was because it was a new product and probably needed some "tweaking". Overall though, Good....

Visited 7 Jan at 15h33 Very bad service. Very slow. Cashier Luzipho Akona did not understand my order. Ordered 2 x mighty king combo, 1 x cheese burger, 1 x chock milkshake and it took forever. Music was extremely loud, kids dancing inside shop, food stood on warm rack +/-15min.on the way to car we discovered no cool drinks was incl with combo order. On our way home we discovered that no cheese burger was included in take away order. The food was cold and not up to standard. Absolutely disgusted in service and staff bad attitude.
