Based on all my other reviews, I am very generous with my stars. But this place doesn't deserve any. I love my steers, and been to this one twice for convenience on the day. BOTH times I explicitly ask for the chicken, bacon and cheese burger, and I repeat and make sure they repeat CHICKEN after I do. And BOTH times I ended up with beef. The incompetence astounds me. On top of that, the burgers were cold when handed to me at the counter. Very disappointing from this branch of steers.

My wife ordered food from the Walker Drive branch today and the state of it was horrible. The patty was raw, half the burger was in the box, rather than between the buns. A generally unpleasant experience for her. This is not a regular occurrence, but I feel like this is something that should brought to light, because Steers also isn't exactly the cheapest fast food.

I regularly buy from Steers Walker Drive. While waiting for the food one is irritated with the door that makes a screeching sound each time a customer enters or exits the business. I have spoken to the staff about this and they promise to have it sorted but to no avail. The same thing happened last evening. When I enquired about the owners name and contact details I was told that they may not share this information with me as I would like to bring it to their attention. I am amazed that when the owner visits the shop that they do not hear the door making this terrinle noise. That is if they ever visit the shop. Not even a acknowledgement from the owner. In the shop at the moment and the door is still making the same...

On 14 Sept 2024 I logged a complain o the Steers website due to my wife suffering form food poisoning from a chicken burger bought at this franchise Case number CAS-1298638-R9M5F7 Then followed up a week later due to no reply CAS-1298638-R9M5F7 Again no reply until today. I have lost all respect for this franchise and will never support the Steers brand again I urge all not to make use of this brand due to terrible customer complaints service and...
