It was not a matter of requesting a booked table your reserved tables have little papers on them written reserved their quite clear and visible to the eye, you may ask the waiter that was serving us she was also disheartened and took my number so that she could alert me when you arrived, I did not want a booked table I simply asked her which one we should be seated at and by her response filled with attitude I just let it go, that's when my mom went to ask why she was like that in a very humble manner and yet still your manager was still on a high horse , to the point where the waiter felt for us and the other manager came and explained the channels to take in case of grievances and we only at starters as we had lost our appetite and left, it was not my first time at your establishment and booked tables have always been marked and visible to all customers so that we don't need to take the word of the waiter we can just read them ourselves, she just spun the story to you that's it but I now see it...

What a disaster! We booked a table for 14, 11 adults and 3 kids. Husband's birthday. We waited an hour and a half for starters which arrived cold. We ordered calamari for the kids, told the waiter it is for the kids but when it came it was too spicy for them to eat.

We then waited another hour and maybe fourty minutes for mains. We ordered ahead for the kids, a pasta dish without chilli which we highlighted a few times. It came with the other food with chilli. All the while we saw tables around come and go. When I eventually followed up with the manager about our food order (mains) she said we are a big table so it takes longer. I followed up twice because the kids were tired and hungry and she got really irritated with me. Some of our party had to eventually request take away for mains as they didn't have 5 hours to spare for dinner. I am so dissapointed in the service, especially from the female manager. A self styled Italian restaurant with decent pub and family eatery vibe. Mid range on all fronts with little to complain about or to set it apart.

Franco's is a very good experience for an above average Italian venue. The welcome and seating was friendly and prompt. The kiddies play area is easily accessible and can be monitored from most outside seats. The venue and play area is well maintained and very clean.

The staff are friendly and well trained, they are also receptive to requests on seating or meal options.

Our food took longer than average to arrive. The meal's presentation was decent. Unfortunately it was just an average experience when it came to taste and quality. There is little to set the meal apart from any other 3 to 4 star restaurant.

Pricing is in the mid ranges for the meals which makes it competitive when...
