Nando's Ladysmith Drive Thru — Restaurant in Emnambithi/Ladysmith Local Municipality

Previously I used to have excellent service from Nando's by the oval. But lately there service has gone backwards 4 times they forgot to place all the things I have ordered in the bag. Tonight I had enough it's the 5th time it happens. I tried calling the restaurant to complain I'm not getting through the phone gets put down I tried to call customer care the phone get put down. It's absolute rubbish how can you treat loyal customers like this I've been buy from them for more than 10 years I've never experienced service like this from them until lately. Yesterday 25.11.2022 I placed an order via call center. It was Makoti hacks for everyone plus 1 full chicken. I asked them to add extra sauce (lemon and herb). I was asked if they can cut it and I said yes. I went to collect order and when I got home I was so surprised to find that they didn't put all the pieces. I was so disappointed. I went to the store today when I told the lady when I was placing another order about what happened she didn't bother to even tell her leader about what happened yesterday. Very poor service recieved.. because of covid they did not allow me to seat on the table i desired while the restaurant is empty please inform staff that customers come first if there are no customers who will pay thier salary ii only chose the table i desired as my vehicle was not locking but the staff of this place just lack the skills...
