Burger King Preller Square — Restaurant in Free State

Over the weekend, I went to this specific Burger King location, and for some reason, I was having second thoughts, but to my surprise, I think it was one of the best experiences I've had in a fast-food chain. The staff was too polite, and most importantly, they got my order done in no time, and I did not have to wait. The place was really clean, and the BGM they had was actually really nice and made eating there pleasant.

The food and drinks were good - My Whopper was fresh, juicy, and perfectly made with crisp lettuce and the right amount of sauce. The fries were hot and crispy, while my drink was the right temperature. Even during the rush hour, the service was both quick and professional.

Fountain drinks were unavailable. I had sympathy for staff needing to explain on a very hot saturday afternoon that we could not get anything to drink. We ordered hamburgers with chips upon which the cashier applied that we cannot have chips with as it will be too expensive. I presume she was referring to being expensive for me as a client. We have been driving since 4.00 o clock on Saturday morning from our holidays in Garden Route so she probably judged our tired look as poor. I repeated the request for hamburgers and chips and with negativety she rang up the order. We especially drove through Bloemfontein to get Burger King and this was the experience.Surely the staff could have been empowered to come up with a solution due to fountain...

Honestly, the best part about the food I ordered was the mountain dew.

First time I have ever been disappointed with Burger King, and I have eaten from burger king in multiple provinces in SA ,Always when I travel I get burger king.

Will not be eating from this one again, only chicken was sold here, restaurant was hot, lights flickering

Chips where tasteless, burger was mutilated , chicken mushed into the brown lettuce , and onions including deformed bun.

Chicken nuggets seemed like there where bought from a general retailer including chicken patty.

Usually there is sauce sachets for extra flavour, well not from this burger king, please bring your own condiments if you want...
