vida e caffè Preller Square — Restaurant in Free State

Very disappointed with today's experience at VIDA E @ Preller in Bloemfontein. I tried calling but the number is out of service :( therefor this review. I work on the other side of town and when I got to work and started to drink my coffee I discovered that the milk was sour - and this is not the first time. They also didn't have the muffin that I was looking for. The guy behind me also didn't get what he was looking for. They were getting a milk delivery at the time and there was no one to greet me "in the house" as well as the next customer. They were more worried about the milk delivery then customers standing in line. I really feel that the staff is not on top of their game and not sure who the store belongs to or who the manager is, but they need serious intervention. I would kill to have a shop like that and manage it. Maybe it's just my line of work that makes me expect a lot more than what I got this morning.
