UPDATE: The owner contacted me this evening and apologised as well as explained what happened and that the cashier will be dealt with as it is unacceptable. I'm very impressed by the professional manner in which this was handled. Problems can definitely occur but the way in which it is dealt with speaks volumes. Great job. We're happy to visit again with regularity. Thank you so much for taking the time to speak to us, we really appreciate it.
Placed an order using the app and received and SMS on 26 May 2025 at 19:15 confirming order number 5511678 could be collected in 25 minutes. We arrived at the branch at 19:45 to be told by the woman at the desk that she hadn't put the order through to the kitchen. This would mean that we would then have to wait for the order to be put through. We decided to leave.
What is the use of having an app to order if we have to arrive at the branch just to wait anyway? Extremely disappointed. This isn't the first time this has happened at this branch. There is no reason for this issue to occur repeatedly.
It's a pity because we really like having a branch near to our home and have enjoyed our food we've received here...
