We've buying from you for years and years. Tonight, for the first time since 8 March - because of the lock-down - I promised by son Steers. Because I feel sorry for YOU - Steers - I asked my neighbour to order for his kids as well, to make delivery easier on YOU. The girl on the phone was a disaster, but I ordered 6 burgers with chips (3 x 2 burgers + 3 chips). She told me with delivery it will cost R214.18 - delivery within 20 - 30 minutes. I received a sms - only to see that the order is only for 2 x 2 burgers - R164. I phoned 17 times!!! The phone was apparently switched off. The delivery came 50 minutes late, so we had to tell one child, sorry no Steers tonight. Do you know how it feels?! Do you have an idea of this negativity during lock-down and now this?!!!! Edit: From 5 star to 1 star. Had the worst experience yesterday. Was standing at the queue for service, was only myself and another customer in front of me in queue. When it was my turn to order and I went to the front of the queue, another customer standing out of queue at a closed till was helped. After his order was taken, all members of the staff that attends to customers moved to the soft serve machine to prepare the out of queue order. I waited another 3 minutes at the till and then took my family for take out somewhere else (KFC) Steers - if you don't want my money, many other business want my money.
