I recently attended a coffee tasting experience at Africa Black. The roasting process is interesting to see and also the variety of beans all over the world shows the depth of dedication the owner and her team goes to, to bring you the very best the world has to offer.

Expertly ballanced it is the only Cappuccino or coffe for that matter I drink without any sugar. Rich in aroma and flavour never sour as other Cappuccinos you can taste the fresh roast and appreciate the effort that went onto the research to come up with the worlds best taste.

The cuisine is equal to the coffee in good taste and a lot to chose from, the variety of unexpected added tastes like pumpkin seeds and others make it definitely the best coffee shop you can treat yourself and love ones to.

Their staff is friendly and professional. Absolutely the best cappuccino you will ever drink in your life. No need travel the world when you can find the best cappuccino, coffee and food...

As it's Friday I decided to order a muffin and cappacino from Africa black coffee, I ordered at 9am.. At 11 am I called to find out where my order was and they said I was not on the sysytem and they could not send it, they then said they would send it and not charge for the coffee, an hour later I called back and they said that the driver left 15minutes ago.. The driver then sent me a please call me.. Eventually got here at 12:15 with a cold cappacino and muffin I sent the cappacino back as it was cold.. They warmed up the same coffee, as I can tell from the dry coffee spills and sent it back to me... Not a great first experience.. Wish I could send the image of the disgusting coffee cup I received back after 3hours of placing my order.. Without sugar...

I love the shakes and sandwiches here. It is a pity that the waiters are so slow and the manager does her best to make one feel unwelcome. I have gone here on numerous occasions and have had to: fetch my own menu after requesting one twice; had to call my waiter to take my order after 20 minutes, had to wait for 40 minutes for a sandwich and had to walk to the kitchen to fetch the sandwich myself. The service is appalling.

I call ahead now to place my order so I don't have to deal with the terrible service but it annoys me that I am still supporting a business that couldn't care less about...
