The service in this place keeps deteriorating, the last time we ordered from them my husband called and was told that his order would be ready in 15min, upon arrival he was told his order was not ready even after the 15min, he waited only when he complained they gave him a packet that was standing there the whole time he’s been waiting, he asked for a refund coz this was utterly pathetic! This evening we decided to give it a try, again we were told to come collect after 15min, when I collected luckily this time my order was ready, when I was about to pay the lady reads out my order, “beef chow mien and chicken chow mein “ this was the wrong order coz I ordered beef chow mein and beef chow faan, she repeated this while I was placing the order over the phone, but she kept on laughing with what sounded like the person in the shop whilst on the line, that’s why she needed up with the wrong order, they took the order back and I had to wait again another 10min, when I complained the lady said, sorry your order was ready on time it’s just that we made chicken chow mein instead, like! For me this is the Best Chinese&Thai takeaway iv ever had (takeaway that is) So tasty and unbelievably generous portions when it comes to the prawns beef or the chicken. My dishes are always packed with the protein of our choice. So many places especially when it comes to seafood give you like 4 prawns. They give u always double. The spicy prawn with Thai noodles are my absolute favorite . Their sushi is fresh and sweet rice. So much filling and very little rice which I love. Again so many places give you a ton of rice and u get a dot of prawn or salmon. They use wonderful fresh ingredients made authenticity by the owner. I've ordered from this establishment before and found their food to be quite tasty and affordable. Visited recently for lunch with a colleague and got some takeaways. The restaurant was fairly quiet. 5 minutes through my meal, I noticed a cockroach-looking insect on my fork. Throughout my years of eating at restaurants around the world, this is the first time I've experienced something so appalling.
