FernRez363 — Hotel in Gauteng

I made a booking at Fernrez@363 and stated on the website that I’ll arrive at 22:00-23:00 pm. I took an Uber to the address and it turns out that the place either doesn’t exist and this is a scam or the security guards sleep on the job. I tried maps, google maps and even borrowed a strangers phone to check the address and it turns out 363 Main Avenue is 363 Surrey road. The same place I stood for 30 minutes. I tried to call the numbers on the booking confirmation with no success. The 071 number went straight to voicemail and the 011 number was never answered. ||I had to arrange last minute accomodation and had to pay my uber driver more because he waited with me for over 30 minutes. I sent an email to Fernrez@363 and I was promised a refund and I am still waiting for...

This place doesn't deserve any star rating. I had to add a star to be able to post this. The kitchen is filthy and has cockroaches everywhere. There aren't enough stoves for everyone to use so you end up waiting for long time periods to cook. The Wi-Fi always has a problem. My shower os so dirty i use flip flops everytime im in it. The housekeeping staff is RUDE. Don't waste your money...

Had a very bad experience. The location is friendly and smart, but the condition of beds, rooms, and general upkeep is filthy. No hot water and water leaks all over the room. Wanted my refund to relocate, and the owner budged not saying I'll only get my refund by Monday. Imagine being told such because u a visitor from another country. They take customers...
