Hope this email finds u well, but me as a guest am so disappointed and annoyed as I was there on the 4th of August, around 16h30

I went to Jabulani Burger King. I was assisted by Keitumetse she was so rude and I just wanted to know what comes with what in Combo 3 and Combo 4.She was explaining very fast and I didn't hear and I asked her to explain again she was like "Gawa nkutlwa ke rileng" not sure if she speak tswana or pedi . Funny enough it's my second time she treats me like this but now I had to report as it seems like she doesn't have customer service.This lady is very rude if you guys don't attend to this matter I will report it my self at head office.I took long to send this email as I didn't have your complaints email.

My order number was 106 I bought Combo 4, which is worth 250.I don't even what her apologies as it's for the second time clearly it's what she does to your clients.

I recently visited Burger King Jabulani Mall and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Upon receiving my order, it was evident that several items were missing. Despite waiting in line and clearly stating my order, the service was disorganized and rushed.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive to detail. When I finally received my food, it was incomplete and lacked the quality I've come to expect from Burger King. The burger itself was lukewarm, and no fries. I paid for the fries but there were not there on my takeaway... On top of thay i tried to call their number ut they were not picking. Im so...

I cannot believe the level of incompetent your staff has, I ordered 2 quadrupple meals an hour ago at burger king on Mr D, guess what the driver came with 1 meal and said that's what they gave him, like how does that happen that time they charged R223 for both the meals, like I paid the Mr D driver for free, worse I am hungry and was looking forward to that meal.
