Yesterday (07/06/2025), my uncle with dementia and I visited the Wild Spear Spur restaurant at Jabulani Mall, and I was blown away by the EXCELLENT SERVICE! 🤩 Our server, Karabo, was absolute perfection! 👏🏽 He showed compassion, understanding, and kindness, making us feel like family. The manager's friendly demeanor added to the warm atmosphere. 🍴👌

But what truly touched my heart was the NO DISCRIMINATION, empathy, and care shown to my uncle, despite his condition. It was clear that the team genuinely cares about their customers' experience. 🌟

A huge thank you to Karabo, the manager, and the kitchen staff for a wonderful experience! 🙏🏽 Our food arrived earlier than expected, and it was delicious! 😋

We ordered a chicken Quesadilla, a chai latte, a cappuccino and a brownie with soft serve. The Quesadilla was NOTHING to write home about. I'm pretty sure it sat under a heat lamp. The tortilla and cheese were both hard and the whole thing was barey warm. Cheese and chicken that was it. No real flavor however we did order the "hot sauce" on the side. Red sauce was doctored up ketchup and the green sauce was just minced jalapeno. Really all-round not impressed, I mean if you cannot produce a tasty quesadilla....
