Rocker Fella — Restaurant in Gauteng

So the place only operates from Friday through to Sunday. Opens at 14:00 or much later cause from 14:00 they start preparing the place. We hosted a bridal shower over the weekend. We were the only ppl there which helped us run a small programme.

The deco is beautiful , revamped and a great place to hang. Beautiful bathrooms. They need soap and hand towels.

The staff were a bit nonchalant.. The establishment knew we were coming cause a reservation was made. From 14:00 we only had food around 17:30 or so cause we were told the Chef was late. The food was good, plating was neat.. Jst the time spent waiting for food was ridiculous.

They only sell bottles of spirits and not per glass also an inconvenience for me. Would I go again? Maybe.. but much later when they’ve sorted themselves out.

There’s ample space for parking outside as there’s an open space. Place is not child friendly could be seen as...

I felt like I was held hostage because we had to prepay for our drinks even though the vibe we entered to was not the vibe we had for the following 2 hours. Silly us we ordered 24 bottles of brutal ruby apple. Now we were subjected to the worst music playlist you can ever expect in Soweto. It was like the dj was a white person lost in Boksburg. It’s 2013! Ever heard of house music? Amapinano? That time it was 8pm and they open at 3pm. We needed to escape so we had to leave our drinks behind. Me and my girls decided to go to Rockerfella for a girls night out Thursday the 7th Octoctober 2021 and unfortunately it started raining 🌧️ water was pouring everywhere, the entrance was flooded and some guy that works here decided to open the outdoor blind right where we were sitting😡 the wind and the rain was coming in☔... Went to confront him but did nothing about it...... I always enjoy being here but the treatment this time...
