Burger King Lambton (Drive-Thru) — Restaurant in Gauteng

I placed an order via Mr D and stipulated that there should by no garnish no sauce on the cheese burgers. Order arrived, no garnish, but with sauce. Reordered the cheese burgers, this time also listing in the allergies/special instruction section no garnish, no sauces. Order arrives with sauce, but no garnish. So obviously someone read no garnish, as they took it off, but ignored the no sauce instruction. This caused my daughter who has never gone to bed hungry in her life, to have nothing substantial to eat. I am utterly disappointed. McDonald's got it right, KFC got it right, but Burger King decides that the customer's wishes don't matter. Well, then my patronage doesn't either. Edit: Your staff did not read the instructions twice. As your response has the incorrect information in it and as I had actually put in my complaint with MR D (twice) NOT Uber Eats, you have now permanently lost my patronage. No bother though, it's not like there is a shortage of competitors in your area. Incredibly...

On the 27.10.2023 I ordered 2 Bacon Burger Meals and 4 Chilly cheese pops....very complicated! When i reveived the oder I asked and confirm is everything is in the bag. Confidently the answer was Yes. When i got home....as true is true...my burger was not in the bag. I phoned the Lambton branch where i ordered....phone ringing forever and ever.... Finally when the phone was answered i asked to speak to the manager. With not the greatest if enthusiasm I relayed my disappointment. I asked to have the food delivered. We live 6 mins away.....but how wonderful is there already bad service made even better ..just delivered 1 burger cold ..1 and a half hours later. That is service with smile... I will advise every person that I know not to support Burger King in Lambton. There service is shocking. In times like today where business is had and take away is luxury...this is not what you want. I please ask that everyone must rather go...

I dont usually eat burger King for reasons exactly Like this, but today somebody at work said she wanted BK so I went along, I ordered cheesy bites, after ordering I was told to park while they prepair my order. Waited about 10 minutes for it to arrive at my car door, driving back to the office I decide to tuck into my cheesy bites, finger snack, 1st one tastes like south Africa's hopes and dreams, empty and battered, 2nd one tastes empty and like batter too, 3rd one empty and batter, so on the 4th I decide to break it open to inspect, and lone behold they were hollow, just over cooked batter on the outside, and empty on inside. I took a photo of this poor thing, just so I have proof. I'm totally dissatisfied and feel completely ripped off, just air puffs deep fried, definitely not as advertised..... no thanks...
