My wife and I initially met our officiant at Chocolat et Café for coffee, and little did we anticipate that it would become our chosen cake supplier for our wedding. The staff at this establishment exude politeness and warmth. Their cakes are truly exceptional, and the coffee is simply divine.

We were particularly impressed by Lynne's service, who crafted a stunning triple-layered Turkish Delight cake for our wedding. In addition to this masterpiece, she also baked 90 cupcakes—featuring Vanilla Caramel, Carrot, and Passion Fruit flavours—for our guests. Each treat was not only delicious but also beautifully adorned.

What truly exemplifies the professionalism and commitment to excellence of Chocolat et Café is their willingness to accommodate special requests. Upon our request, Lynne crafted an Oreo Cake for one of our American guests whose son was celebrating his birthday the following day.

Highly disappointing promotion. Pay them to serve you three slices of cake, you cannot finish what you pay for and they disallow you to take what you have effectively spent your money on. Will not recommend an event at this place, especially after the Manager's response. After your response to my review as "the owner" (I will give you that Noddy Badge), it is clear that your own selfish needs are the heart of your establishment and not the enjoyment of the customer. Your waitress did not inform the table as to how it works, and we were invited for a birthday celebration and not to use your so called "special". If a negative star rating was possible, you certainly would have received one. Your establishment received money for cake which all 12 guests were denied to take away and not one could finish, as the very first and only serving received and dished by your waiters. What a lovely place!

This restaurant may be in a slightly undesirable area, but there’s nothing undesirable about it once you enter. From the nursery to the wait staff, a pleasant experience awaits you.

It was my second time visiting yesterday and the waiters were all very friendly and helpful.

Our food and drink orders came quickly and the food was absolutely delicious. It was also quite filling which I appreciated. Their cake portion sizes are fantastic, albeit the cake being a little overpriced but it’s worth it.

There is a little children’s play area as well, making this place child-friendly.

The only criticism I would have is that there is no smoking area, so if someone decides to smoke while you’re sitting outside it doesn’t seem like there’s much that...
