Debonairs Pizza Boulders — Restaurant in Gauteng

Debonairs has lost it touch. It is no longer a dependable pizzeria for those who love the takeout option. Two instances on 2701/2018, one of which the Manager was behind the counter, did Debonair's choose to let go of possible business.

Excuses like "Ingredients are sold out", no other recommendations for other possible pizza's or even any attempt to keep the business from walking out the door. (And from a non-irate, potential customer)

This boulders has the poorest customer service with the staff only being friendly when the manager is in close proximity; if at all.

Go here if you there is no other option available. (at your own risk)

I would highly advise spending your money elsewhere, at a business who will try to make sure you as the customer walk away smiling, not waiting to get home and write a scathing...

I’m extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received at the Debonairs in boulders. On two consecutive accounts I’ve place an online order for deliver and it took almost 2 hours for them to deliver a SMALL pizza ??? when I live less then 10 mins away ??? The first time it happened they made an error on their side and claimed to have called me when they in fact called the wrong number, they then proceeded to get my order wrong. This time around I place an order at 19:26 it’s almost nine and they are closing I called their call centre at around 20:30 and they said the manager would contact me, but STILL NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. This is EXTREMELY POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE service delivery. I certainly will not make the mistake of ordering online...

What a horrible experience for the first time ever at debonairs Boulders Shopping Centre , I bought a creamy chicken triple deck and boom was given beef whatever flavour they call it . First of all I will not order something that I do not eat which is beef ,secondly the presentation of that pizza was like they were not sure how to layer their pizza I had to drive 35km to bring back their pizza because I cannot keep what I don’t eat ,they first don’t even have customer service and cannot speak to their customers I am very disappointed red this was a horrible experience I would not ever want to purpose from any of your Debonairs stores ever again .
