Debonairs Pizza Springs Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

If I could select (-500) as a review score, I would. Ordered my pizza 7:33pm online (Selcourt store) and it's 9:36pm as I write this review, highly disappointed as I haven't received my order as yet. Will it ever even arrive today?! Perhaps not. Which also would mean my money has been taken for nothing... I kept wasting my airtime on calling the store as well and all I kept hearing is my order is on its way!!!! I ordered this pizza while I was at the McDonald's drive through, thinking I'd like to have Debonairs as I hadn't had it in a while. This will certainly be the last time I ever...

Disgusting. They put an entire jar of garlic on the bread ripper I ordered and laughed at me while being there. They were 100%  laughing at me as they were looking over at started laughing. I am really upset that your 2 employees would do this. If you were there to see in person what it looked like you also would've thought it was on purpose. About 1 cm thick raw garlic on the entire bread. The other branches don't do that and you will find maybe 1 or 2 raw...

The staff is slow and have bad attitude when you ordering and querying about your order. They take longer to get orders out, so even if you order online you still get there for them to prepare your order while you order 30 minutes ago☹️...
