Honestly very disappointed with the quality of the food. This kind of service would not be accepted in "white" areas. I am convinced we are being taken advantage of because we are black. My initial pizza was delivered after 2hrs. It was a triple decker that looked like 3 slices of cheese spread bread stacked on top of eachother absolutely nothing like what a triple decker should look. I called Debonairs diepkloof telling them of this, they sent a driver with a replacement pizza 1hr later meanwhile I live less than a 10mins drive from the store. The replacement pizza was the same just seemed like a heated up version of the first, no filling, flat and cost R200. In my opinion the diepkloof square staff is inconciderate and irresponsible. I spoke to precious from the store(who transferred me to a number that DOES NOT EXIST) to lay a complaint of my order being delivered - COLD!! & 36min later than it was supposed to be delivered initially by a driver named JAMES. The driver claims he had a lot of orders yet on the MAP it showed he was around ORLANDO STADIUM to deliver an order when i am JUST 10min away from the debonairs store. I do not care what the excuse for this very poor delivery service is but this is a dismal fail in trying to provide a great customer service and never will i order from the store again! zero respect for peoples...
