Absolutely catastrophic, terrible welcome service. I couldn’t get the lady’s name who was at the front, the store is supposed to open at 10, unbeknownst to me, she reacts with a negative expression instead of stating that they aren’t open YET. Top of that, I came back at 10am, found her mopping and rudely telling me(customer) that I will wait till 10.30 to order. I resorted to doing uber eats from the same place, and it was delivered. Management, check your staff....

An horrendous experience to say the least! There was no one at the till or at the front and when we called for assistance your staff peeped from the back and stood there. We proceeded to ask for assistance again and still they all ignored us. This is why there was no one in your store for the entire time I waited for my order at steers. Absolutely pathetic customer service! Don’t bother...

I bought a share platter to say I'm disappointed is an understatement .the fish wa crumbs u could literally taste the flour , chicken strips was like eating a stale fish crumbs . The rice was overcooked ...like the worst food ..if I could attach a picture they even looked worse...
