We ate our pizza and at 02:00 in the morning my whole family started with diarrhea and we all are nauseas. The only thing my family and me ate was the pizza. What a joke. Firstly, if i ask you what is on the pizza and you say "all the meat" and "only meat", then i expect only meat on the pizza. There are more tomatoes then anything else on this pizza. When i pay R260 for a pizza i would expect it to be at least filled on every layer. What a massive waste of money. The pictures are with extra toppings also ordered. What a waste. Stop buying from debonairs.

It’s the second time i buy a triple decker large pizza only to find it stuffed with too much cheese and onions less toppings and sauces are added. I always specify that normal cheese, first time i thought it was a mistake but last night it happened again. The pizza tastes nothing but cheese and onion. Not pleased at all!

Ordered pizza at 19:08 on 25th April and waited for two hours and still no delivery. Called the call center and was transferred to the store manager's line which was never answered. Instead i was placed on hold for 15mins and no answer, eventually the line took me to voicemail. My husband then drove to the store and our pizza was sitting right there,cold. The excuse was that they did not have drivers to deliver our pizza. However, no one bothered to inform us. No apology from anyone, money debited from our account but no food for almost...

No service at all placed an order on the app waited an hour for delivery and went to buy take aways at Mc Donalds. Call center is useless and the phones at the store is not answered when the call center puts you through. Maybe Debonairs group should shut down like Domino's and Scooters. Just to update the horrible service after 2 hours and me gone through half of my McDonald's meal the delivery arrives 45 minutes after the store...
