Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

I do not normally complain if things is wrong I understand that we all human and make mistakes.....bug after 3 times in a row??? then you getting fed up...Today was the 3rd time I order and my order is wrong.How can you sent out a wrong order if you have it written in front of you.Everytime they only deliver 2 pizzas and not 3,then the first time the driver return and the pizza you waiting for is wrong again then he go back and after the 3rd time he bring the right pizza...The 2nd time the samething happen the driver came with 2 pizzas he goed back and bring a wrong pizza back this time I just eat the wrong one and dont want to wait again ...the 3rd time it happen the driver came with 2 pizzas after I ordered 3 He then go back to get the 3rd one and the staff doesnt want to believe him they phone me and even told me I only order 2 when I say just add up 2 medium pizzas and see if you get to that amount they was like oh so your order is wrong ...uhm we make nother one..You pay a lot of money and you want to eat with your family then you get this tipe of mess up everytime?? and you have to eat one one otherwise the 1st one is cold by the time the 3rd one arrive.The staff in the store is to blame and not the driver,he just deliver what they put out for him.....To me it seems like either they dont want to work or they talk to much that they cant read proper or there is a reading problem....BUT THIS IS UNEXRPTABLE....Sorry doesnt pay the bill nor does sorry...

Hi , I would like to get in contact with the owner of this Debinairs, I Have had repeated bad service and not to mention the rudeness from the manager. Tonight I placed an order at 19H00 , an hour later and I still haven't received my order , I Then received an sms saying that my order was cancelled with no reason after I had already paid, when I call the store they keep saying my order is on its way but they can't tell me to which address??! The manager just drops the phone when he can't answer questions ,very unprofessional. I wish there was competition in Nigel so that we wouldn't be forced to deal with such. I would love to speak to the owner so that we can discuss...

I ordered pizza today at 11:27 and never received my order..... Waited and waited but nothing...... Very unhappy and not impressed at all with Debonairs in Nigel....... When you phone they ask "How can we make your day amazing" Nothing amazing only disappointed and left unsatisfied....... Will never order from Debonairs Nigel...
