This restaurant has been serving up the most delicious pizzas with a fast and friendly service that can’t be beaten. The staff are professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to solve any problems that arise. Plus, with their convenient mobile app, you can order your favourite pizza in a jiffy. I have had the pleasure of joining their menu the rest of Mzansi on a regular basis and I can say ”WAWU", the food has been really “RHALISING”, STRUSBOB! Whether we are eating in, collecting from any outlet, ordering on the fast and convenient mobile app. (Also available on Uber Eats) the staff has always been friendly and professional. When any problem arises, you can be sure that they will do their best to make contact to find a quick solution in order to help you and again...STRUSBOB! I my opinion, they also have the best pizza specials. One of my favourite restaurants that surely know how to treat a “ibachelor” especially with deliveries is Debonairs Pizza, Glen Village Shopping Centre, Olympus Dr, Faerie Glen, Pretoria. I was reminded tonight why I have not ordered Pizza from Debonairs in over a year. (Not this specific one, the franchise in general.)

I was asked at least 12 times what my complex is called and even had a call asking again. The driver then phoned me when he arrived at the incorrect address. The pizza was ice cold and dryer than a cardboard box. You could have probably injured someone by using it as a ninja star weapon if you needed to. I attempted to chew through my first slice but had no luck as it was not easy to swallow. I don't like to waste so I microwaved it to try soften it up but that only made it worst. The order was also incorrect. I know there are so many people without foor but I could not imagine giving that food to anyone as it was not edible so I have had to throw everything away. Terribly sad what a waste and it's not like I have money growing on trees so that was R300 in the bin. Thanks Debonairs for the effort I don't blame you the food is mass produced, but really disappointed indeed. Actually just so far beyond angry not even worth calling in to complain as I refuse to eat from there again so really no point I can only help others by sharing...

Absolute worse experience I have ever had ordering food online. How can you mess uo my day you should rather be asking. You cannot phone the shop directly, you phone a call center. They then phone the restaurant and tell you they will let you know. Which they obviously don't. I placed an order at Faerie Glen at 18h30, it is now 21h07 and no pizzas yet. I have spent in total more than 30mins phoning and trying to find out where our order has gone. Only to get empty promises and now we must go get food somewhere else. Absolute last time I ever buy something from Debonairs Pizza.

Update East to reply to Facebook and Google Reviews but impossibly difficult to pick up the phone and sort this out. I have left my number at every possible place and still they cannot get in...
