Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

Second time in a row we had problems with our pizzas at Monument Park Debonairs Pizza. 1st time we placed an order just to be told at pickup that they had no green pepper. That while a huge SPAR is 30m away. Second time there was no jalapeños on my mexican fiesta and this time wasn't told about it. Ordered 3 times there and the 1st time the pizzas were great as well as the staff being friendly. The last 2 experiences were not good. Will rather go back to supporting our previous branch. A little further away but rather drive that distance then getting poor quality food we pay...

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. Do not order online from them because all of the extras I ordered and paid for were not on the pizza. When I called to complain, the Debonairs complaints line could not get through to the restaurant. The chicken tasted off and soapy and there were pieces of ice cold cheese throughout the pizza - not sure how that even happens. Their pizza are messy and look thrown together. I recently visited Debonairs Pizza and had an amazing experience! Isabella served me and she was absolutely friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything I needed. The pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend Debonairs and especially appreciate the great service...
