Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

On 18 August at 18:26 I placed an order online with Debonairs Pizza Pretoria West. I opt for delivery as well as payment on delivery. At 19:01 I get a call from the driver advising me that he is leaving the store now with my order. At 19:43 I phoned to find out were my order was. I live between 10 to 15 minutes from where I ordered. Pizzas was deliverd 42 minutes after I was advised of delivery and it was ice cold. When I phoned the store to complain, I was advised by the manager that they will make me a fresh order but she can't guarantee how long delivery will take. I mean, hallo!!! Wake up and smell the coffee!!!!! How the hell do you want to make a fresh order that will be delivered when ever? It's going to be cold again! A previous order the forgot 1 box of pizza and after complaining it was delivered more than 2 hours after the 1st order. It is not the 1st or 2nd time that I received bad customer service, late delivery or cold food. Every time you complain, it's the same excuse: eish, sorry, we are busy. Come on!!!! You are not busy every day, whole day. This Debonairs outlet can be closed. It's useless. Romans delivers within the hour. I will by more for pizza, but Debonairs overall will never see me or my friends and family again. News about bad customer service travels fast,...

I received the most horrible service ever.

It was lunch time when me and my colleague ordered a pizza from Pretoria west debonairs pizza, the one that is along W. F Nkomo Street, at BP garage and note that i work 2km from debonairs and guess what? The pizza was delivered two and half to three hours after ordering. Fortunate enough we opted for pay on delivery.

We sent back the delivery guy back and we called the manager that we don't want the order anymore as it took decades to be delivered. From that day I vowed never to buy pizza from them, I'd rather drive 5km or more or pay more as long as i will receive a better service. (it happened two years...

On Thursday 15th of September I ordered the On the triple for my 10 year anniversary. I selected a Debonairs Chicken, Pepperoni & Olive, and the Sweet & Sour Rib for delivery. After about an hour the delivery guy delivered the pizza. Upon opening the boxes in my kitchen, I found one Debonairs Chicken and TWO Pepperoni & Olive pizza's. I tried getting through to the Phillip Nel branch twice, the phone just rings and rings for minutes on end with no answer. This is extremely disappointing. What are debonairs going to do about this?
