Not the first time I had a horrible experience. Few month’s ago (March 2021), I used the new app that you guys introduced. Paid for the order through the app and when the guy delivered the food, he said that I needed to pay again. So I decided to pay again and then drove to the shop to ask why I was charged on the app and had to pay the delivery guy. Manager or the owner didn’t really look like she wanted to help with the complaint, Got told to message her with my banking details instead of just giving my banking details to her to pay the money back into my acc, or offered cash and an apology for the inconvenience caused. After 5 days and no payment received ai Messaged her asking her when can I expect the payment, she just replied with “name for acc”. And received the money only the following day.

Tonight, 28 September 2021, decided to order for collection and pick it up myself. Picked up the order, drove all the way home, parked at my complex only to receive a phone call to turn around and go back to the restaurant cause of the order being wrong. At the restaurant, the manager took the pizzas, turned around and opened all the boxes. Cut all the pizzas and gave it back to me and just said here you go and sorry. No real apologies for driving back or any compensation for wasting my petrol and time and yet again causing an inconvenience, such a pity that the standard of service and management...

A very big thank you to Cynthia for going above and beyond on ensuring I receive my delivery - although not in the 5km radius. Your service delivery, professionalism and customer care is priceless. I am really so impressed. Cynthia followed up with me on numerous occasions without me requesting anything, regarding the correct store to order a delivery from. When I heard from Killarney Store - sorry no we cant help you, i left it. Then out the blue Cynthia called and informed me as well from following up her side. At the same time offered her assistance all for a minimal extra cost of R10 extra on delivery. Someone who will go the extra mile when not asked to is someone of great value to your establishment. Nice pizzas and friendly staff, however I was surprised to find out that even though the restaurant was open on a weeknight (I can't recall which day of the week), the pizza oven was off and they were only serving drinks and had a very nice live performance. It was late at night and I was excited to see a pizza place was actually open at that time, but then unfortunately my hopes of pizza were fruitless. I was forced to have the pricey and lesser Andicios that night instead. Also, I ordered the pepperoni pizza from here and instead of pepperoni, they put salami. I enjoy salami but not on pizza. Pepperoni is a very different cured meat. I hope they look into this at some point. I believe they're dog friendly and they do take away too.
