NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I wanted to celebrate an anniversary and never been here before, but knows its originator, VSG, so expected something good. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! 🙃 From trying to unsuccessfully reserve a table, to not having alcohol-free sparkling beverages available, to waiting staff not knowing their menu and management wanting to charge me an "alcohol" corkage fee if I wanted to go and purchase my own alcohol-free sparkling beverage within the same mall. Took two managers to discuss whether I might be charged some fee to use my own sugar-free condiments, even though neither could initially confirm whether they had similar condiments, which they didn't. Their attitude changed somewhat more positive when I mentioned the possibility of taking up the matter with the owners, but the more senior, Tich, still had an aggressive attitude. All of a sudden the corkage fee somehow was no longer an issue, he offered to go and purchase some non-alcoholic sparkling beverage, etc. but too little too late and the experience already leaving a sour taste in the mouth !!! We left, without ordering, to celebrate elsewhere and we will NOT BE BACK!!!

Very disappointed on my most recent visit to this restaurant. I used to love coming here and enjoying the food and exceptional service. But that seems to have gone down some what. We ordered 3 dishes: The Curry, Spaghetti meatballs and the Cannelloni. There was no salt in the curry, tasteless. I was served lasagna after ordering the cannelloni, our waiter was absent so no one could tend to my problem. I decided to eat the lasagna, which was not bad but lacking salt as well. The manager was no where insight so I couldn’t have a talk with him. I am quite upset cause I really like the place. I hope this was a one time thing. I will be visiting again to see if the experience changes.

I’m giving it 2stars because the second time I went there for breakfast the waiter was very rude. They had an event but instead of him telling us politely, he had a tone. we left 😢 The first time I visited I really enjoyed it, I was even planning to become a regular 😂 I loved their pasta and pizza. The manager and the waitress who was helping us were friendly and we got superb service. Second time that’s when waiter was rude. I genuinely loved the restaurant, their coffee was amazing 🤩 but I won’t be going again.

A year ago hubby and i celebrated our anniversary in Central Italy. We were supposed to again celebrate it in Italy this year, the plan was to go Southern Italy this time, but due to CoVid, those plans went south... so tonight we decided to celebrate our 15th anniversary to the closest thing to Italy near us... Eat in Italian... Eating spagetti at home would've been way more sattisfying. We were greeted and seated by one of the waiters, and then ignored for 20 minutes by all of the waiters passing us, including the one who seated us. When we made a fuss about it, we got a good waiter, who informed us that the kitchen was about to close (at about 20:00) and that we had to order our food upon arrival of our drinks. We did so. One of the cocktails we ordered couldn't be made because one of the ingredients were out of stock (we were informed while waiting for the drinks, not immediately). The rest of his service was good and the starters arrived promptly and was quite tasty. There is, however, very little true Italian on their menu (giving something an Italian name doesnt make it Italian peeps) and the blaring Spanish Mexican music killed any Italian dreams... then the mains arrived and things went further south. The cabonara went scrambled eggs and the "medium" T-bone was over-well done. We sent it back and it came back medium rare with cold vegetables. We decided to just let it be since hubby already shared my scrambled eggs (supposed to be creamy carbonara) with me. The T-bone was also drenched in balsamic vinegar with no balance whatsoever. The only thing resembling the true "Florentine steak" we had in Florence, Italy, was the fact that both steaks were damn tough and quite bland. You can get a better steak just about anywhere else. We were determined to have a good evening though so we tried to order dessert, only to be informed that we couldn't since its too late (this was still before 21h00). In this year where the hospitality industry got a punch in the face, it is astonishing that a restaurant would be determined to be in bed before anyone else. The decor is pretty and could be construed as Italian, but the music were, as mentioned noisy Spanish and the ambience were clouded with too loud music and bad service. The manager did stop by our table twice and were really apologetic. The only true positive is that the portions were generous. Not...
