On my second visit, the ice cream machines were not working, and my order was incorrect. Finally, during my last visit, my chicken tasted like frozen chicken that was deep-fried, and my order was incorrect again. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the outlet did not have a UPS to provide power during load-shedding, which seems like a significant oversight. Today I thought I would give them 1 more chance. I ordered a meal with a 440ml coke as well as paid extra to have a 1.5l coke with sugar delivered. I paid extra to have coke and not the no sugar version. I receive 2 500ml No sugar sugar coke and was told they were out of stock of the 1.5 litre. I also had a receipt shown to me of my box meal, 10 zinger wings and the 1.5, and yet only received the box meal, and to 500ml.
