Fishaways Norkem Mall (March 2017): Their fish is so thin it's like paper. My son saw in the background someone filleting the fish that has already been filleted?! It's a lot of money for their bad takeaways. Pay a very high price for rubbish takeaways today, we want large good portions and tasty food. Will not go there again 👎..... UPDATE: 30th April 2018 ~ heard there are new owners at Norkem Mall Fishaways so went back to try again.... DELICIOUS!! and large fat portions again... glad the previous owners/managers are gone as my family & I said it will not stay open long with their bad portions & paper thin fish! Hope the new owners/managers will keep up with the excellent quality of their fish this time and we will be a regular customer. Thk u Fishaways Norkem Mall for some good healthy large portions and delicious...

What a waste to visit this store today. Want to order a large hake and guess what - they dont have. Had to settle for 2 smaller portions and had to pay the full price. And on top of that there was no green salad available. On top of that they had a cashier with the name of Cleopatra with a very rude attitude. Not only treated she us very rudely but also did not even know that you dont have to wear a mask outside. She insisted in the same rude manner that another customer that was standing outside must put on her mask. The lady responded that she dont need one as she was not in the shop. Best of all she removed her mask when she went to the back to confirm orders with the ladies in the back. Not only is your fishaways not able to serve fish but you have a staffmember whose attitude is enough to keep...

Unfortunately I see one of the reviewers below had the same issue with Norkem's Branch, we had the platter sharing and did not get what was advertised after being assured it was the meal ordered 20 mins ago. This is the second time we get cheated by this branch the first also not getting what we ordered. I am sorry but really don't advertise if you can't deliver the food. This time we did not even get half of the meal and only and got an onion ring tossed between the 3 pieces of calamari, really? Fishaways are one of our utmost fav places but this is not on. Sorry
