Worst service ever. Ordered online at 12:30 to fetch at 1:30. Went to collect at 2 my order was not ready. I was in a hurry but told ti wait and I was kept on told it was almost ready..eventually when I got my order the burgers was like everything was taken and dumped into the burger bun..the chicken was falling off the bun, the gerkins and lettuce looked stale..the souce was messed all over..if i could send a pic i would..so unappetizing...the chips was so oily you could squeeze the oil out... and as if to make me feel better Yonaliswa says she gave me large chips but it was actually what I ordered..in fact I did not want large chips..imagine the oil in that.. I justed wanted my order on time and edible...service is...

Not very nice food. Do not like their burgers ~ UPDATE 3/01/2019; Food has improved a lot at Steers. I never enjoyed their burgers at all, but they have improved their hamburgers & they are absolutely delicious. Love their chips too!!
